LLM Case Study Workshop

The LLM legal case study workshop, facilitated by Kathryn Davis, will give students an idea of what it is like in practice to respond to a legal case study presented to you in an interview or assessment centre environment, with no prior opportunity for preparation. It is aimed at students preparing for assessment at a firm undertaking commercial work.
This interactive session will demonstrate how to balance attention to detail with the practicalities of giving legal advice in a commercial context – the elusive quality of “commercial awareness”. Come prepared for a fast-paced virtual interactive session that enables you to think on your feet and learn some techniques that you can deploy whatever the format you are ultimately presented with.
