As a taster of the LSE MSc Law and Finance programme, Professor David Kershaw (LSE Law School) and Professor Daniel Ferreira (LSE Department of Finance) will analyse a well-known corporate acquisition transaction which involved not only a complex financial structure, but corporate governance issues that ultimately resulted in litigation.
