Patrick Mears on the UK’s General Anti-Abuse Rule

On 13 November at 6 pm in the Alumni Theatre, Patrick Mears OBE will speak on the UK General Anti-Abuse Rule and the operation of the GAAR Panel. Patrick Mears was the first Chair of the UK GAAR Panel. Patrick is a retired tax partner at Allen & Overy. Patrick is an LSE Alumni and was, until recently, Chair of the LSE Alumni Association.
