Taxation Seminar

Dr. Andy Summers will present a paper titled ‘Taxing the Super-rich’. Background paper: ‘Is it Possible to Tax the Super-Rich?’.
Andy is an Associate Professor in the LSE’s Law School. His research on tax law and policy focuses on the taxation of wealth. He uses administrative tax data to study tax planning by the very rich.
