SUMMARY:Corporate Law Roundtable
DESCRIPTION:There is significant concern about the state and well-being of the UK’s equity capital markets. Last\nyear at LSE’s Revitalising the FTSE seminar\, we explored the role of regulation in the decline of the\nFTSE\, with a particular focus on Listing Rule Reform. In May of this year the FCA proposed more\nwide-ranging Listing Rule reform which significantly extends the scope for current premium listed\ncompanies to opt-out of Listing Rules which UK institutional investors and other market actors\nhave long held dear. \n16:45 – 17:45: Keynote Address Vice Chancellor Lori Will\, Delaware Court of Chancery\nChair: John Armour(Oxford)\nPanelists: Gina-Gail Fletcher (Duke)\, David Kershaw (LSE)\, Eric Talley (Columbia) \nThis event will be followed by a drinks reception \nIf you would like to participate in this event\, please get in touch with Alison Grant on a.grant3@lse.ac.uk \n\n\n	Related
