Governing intergenerational social dilemmas, from climate change and biodiversity loss to artificial intelligence (AI) safety, poses a distinctive credibility problem.

This conference will explore the critical challenge of implementing and realizing the climate commitments made by diverse actors, including corporations and governments. Discussions will address these challenges from multiple perspectives, integrating insights from both private and public law to identify actionable pathways toward achieving meaningful climate outcomes.
