Panel discussion on (EU and UK) subsidies regulation

The regulation of subsidies on both sides of the Channel is undergoing fundamental changes. Following the adoption of the UK Subsidy Control Act 2022, the British regime is progressively taking shape. In the EU, the Foreign Subsidies Regulation is a major, and unprecedented, addition to the landscape.
A stellar team of experts will be discussing these matters at LSE Law School with Pablo Ibáñez Colomo, Professor of Law and Jean Monnet Chair in Competition and Regulation at LSE.
